    Rules & Regulations

    • Discipline & Conduct
      Students must abide by the rules and regulations framed by the institution authorities. Any act of indiscipline or misconduct that brings disrepute to the institution will not be tolerated.
    • Attendance
      Students must attend all theory and practical classes regularly. A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory to be eligible for examinations. In case of shortage of attendance, the institution reserves the right to withhold the examination form.
    • Examinations & Tests
      Students must appear for all unit tests, internal assessments, and terminal examinations conducted by the institution.
    • Organizations & Outsiders
      Students are not permitted to form or operate any organization or association within the campus without prior written permission. Bringing outsiders (except parents/guardians with permission) into the premises is strictly prohibited.
    • Prohibited Substances
      Consumption or possession of smoking materials, alcoholic drinks, gutka, pan masala, or any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited within the campus.
    • Use of Mobile Phones
      As per Government regulations, the use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited within the campus during academic hours. Any violation will invite disciplinary action and/or fine.
    • Identity Card
      Students must carry their valid Identity Card daily and produce it on demand by teaching or non-teaching staff.
    • Protection of Property
      Causing damage to institutional property is a punishable and cognizable offence. Strict action will be taken against defaulters.
    • Movement within Campus
      Roaming unnecessarily in the campus is not allowed. Students are expected to remain in classrooms, laboratories, library, or other designated areas during academic hours.
    • Grievance Redressal
      Students may bring their grievances to the notice of the Discipline Committee members or the Head of the Institution/Principal through proper channel.
    • Trespassing
      Any outsider found within the campus without authorization will be treated as a trespasser.
    • Complaint Procedure
      Any complaint or written representation must be submitted through the proper channel.
    • Disciplinary Actions
      In case of violation of rules, the institution may impose any of the following penalties:
      a) Cancellation of Admission.
      b) Withholding or withdrawal of examination form
      c) Debarring from the Examination for a specific period.
      d) Cancellation of Examination Result.
      e) Rustication for specific period.
      f) Imposition of fine.
      g) Non Refund of Deposits/fees.
    • Impersonation in Examination
      If a student is found involved in impersonation (dummy candidate appearing for examination), strict legal action will be taken. The admission will be cancelled immediately and the student may be debarred from future admissions.
    • Parent–Teacher Interaction
      Parents/Guardians are encouraged to meet the Class Teacher or Subject Teacher regarding academic progress, attendance, or any concerns.
    • Refund Policy
      Once admission is confirmed, fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances in case of cancellation or withdrawal.
